Good Done Great, an Indianapolis-based company that helps its clients harness the potential power of work culture! Good Done Great is dedicated to building a business culture where doing good goes beyond corporate social responsibility and actually impacts the bottom line through increased productivity, lower turnover, reduced absenteeism and higher customer satisfaction.
2. Who are your target customers?
Our target customers are companies that want to do more. Than just give back or have a strong corporate social responsibility plan. Good Done Great works with organizations. Who want to create a great environment for employees. So they can achieve personal greatness at work too. We help our clients find ways to help their people be healthier, happier and better contributors by putting them in charge of their own work experience.
3. What’s the coolest thing about your company?
This is a tough one because Good Done Great offers so many cool benefits for employees! I’d say that our travel incentives program (where we take our employees around the world to see first-hand other cultures and places) is pretty cool. As well as our tuition reimbursement program. Where we offer to pay 95% of tuition costs for any courses. Employees take within five years of their hire date. But really, there are too many things to name here. Our company culture changes lives every day through empowering people at work.
