1) They put in a full eight hours at work
Successful people simply don’t believe in sleeping through life. They get up early and use every minute of every hour to produce results. In fact, nearly nine out of ten (89%) wealthy individuals surveyed said that over the course of their career, they regularly put in a full eight hours a day at work. Even more interesting is that almost half (45%) said they actually put in nine to ten hours a day, and nearly one out of five (19%) said they worked 11 hours or more daily!
2) They don’t watch TV during the week
When you think about it this is pretty astonishing considering there are 168 hours in a week. More than three quarters (76%) of wealthy people surveyed said they never watch TV during the week –at all. And another 19% admitted watching less than an hour a day. That’s 94% who don’t waste their valuable time with programs designed to brainwash and bemuse them into buying crap they don’t need. 3) They never do housework on Sunday evenings
According to the research, 91% of wealthy people surveyed said they NEVER do housework or household management tasks on a Sunday evening. Instead, more than two thirds (71%) called it an early evening while 28% spent their time doing things like going out for dinner and socializing with friends and family.
4) They read 30 mins daily
A very high percentage (87%) of wealthy people surveyed said that every day at least 30 minutes was spent reading in order to learn new businesses skills. That’s over 3 hours a week dedicated to personal development! This allowed them to become experts in what they did, and also helped them learn how to earn more.
5) They exercise for 60 minutes daily
More than half of wealthy people surveyed (58%) said they exercised an hour or more every day. This isn’t surprising when you consider that the research showed nearly half (46%) described themselves as overweight while 15% were obese! 6) They don’t drink sodas during the week
According to the research, 97% of wealthy people surveyed said that during an average week they never drank sodas like Coke or Pepsi. A shocking 4 out of 5 said they never had a soft drink.
